Yarrow is “Disability Confident”

We are pleased to announce that Yarrow is now a member of the Disability Confident Scheme. This means that as an organisation we have agreed to the five Disability Confident core commitments:

  • Ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible
  • Communicating and promoting our vacancies through a wide range of channels and reviewing our current recruitment processes
  • Offering interviews to applicants who declare they have a disability, if they meet the criteria for the role
  • Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required for applicants and employees
  • Supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work
