Are you a warm and caring person that enjoys working with others? Do you like to have fun and to be busy? Are you motivated to see others achieve? Then come and be a Yarrow Support Worker.

Yarrow is passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to grow and flourish. We support people across West London to have active and creative lives at home and in the community.

We are looking for people who share our passion for supporting people to join our organisation.

As a Support Worker you will support people with all aspects of their daily life including with people’s personal care. You will work in a small team and sometimes on your own. The work can be challenging but it is very rewarding.

One staff member told us:

“I don’t think there is any other job where people wait at the door for you when you get back from annual leave – it’s so rewarding”.

You don’t need experience in health and social care, as we will provide you with great training and development opportunities. Male applicants are encouraged to apply (Men are under represented in our workforce).

The Open Days take place at our Central Office at 214 Goldhawk Road, London W12 9NX.

On the day, you’ll need to bring proof of identity (passport or driver’s licence), a copy of your CV, proof of your eligibility to work in the UK and details of your referees.
