Yarrow is looking for Support Workers with previous experience of working with challenging behaviours and complex needs, including autism. While we are open to all applications from all genders, we are particularly keen to hear from male applicants as they are currently under-represented in some services.
Yarrow is proud to support people with learning disabilities in West London, enhancing their quality of life, strengthening their independence and helping them to flourish. We are keen to hear from Support Workers who have relevant experience to join us at the following services:
- Uxbridge Road, W5 3LH
- Elmfield Way, W2 3TU
- Lancaster Road, W11 1QT
- Southwood House, W11
To succeed you will need to demonstrate previous Support Worker experience in the sector. What’s more important is your passion, commitment and attitude as well as your willingness to support people with all aspects of their daily lives, including their personal care.
We are particularly keen to hear from male applicants as they are currently under-represented in some of our services. A driving license is required for the Uxbridge Road and Elmfield Way services. For more detail on the role, please see the below information pack.
