Recruitment Open Days

We are hosting two Recruitment Open Days in January for Support Workers. Find out more…

When it really matters. When you really care. When it’s personal. Discover what you can really do.

Recruitment Open Days: Thursday 10 & Wednesday 30 January, 9.30am-4.30pm

Positions: Support Workers, West London, Permanent

Salary: £16,932 – £17,481 pa plus generous sleep in payments

If you believe passionately that individuals with learning disabilities should have the right to live and work in the community, why not join Yarrow as a Support Worker?

We believe that the people we support should have a voice – and a choice about the housing, care and support they receive. Join our team providing ground breaking person-centred services and you’ll be helping to discover that voice and provide that choice.

You may already have experience in the field of learning disabilities. Perhaps you’ve looked after a family member. Or perhaps your compassion and passion are being under-used in your current job and you feel it’s time for a change. Our work involves providing personal care and in some instances this can involve intimate personal care. We are particularly keen to hear from Male Support Workers* as they are currently under-represented in some of our services.

We offer attractive pay rates and there is scope to earn more depending on the level of personal care you are required to provide and also within our sleep-in services.

To find out more and to book a place at one of our Recruitment Open Days, email yarrow@wjpfloyd.co.uk

The Recruitment Open Days are held at our Central Office at 214 Goldhawk Road, London W12 9NX.

On the day, you’ll need to bring proof of identity (passport or drivers licence), a copy of your CV, proof of your eligibility to work in the UK and details of your referees.

If you demonstrate that you have what it takes to be a great Support Worker, you could walk away with a job offer on the day.
